For school-hosted events, DHCF may require payment for field usage, umpires, equipment, or league services, depending on the structure of the event.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure matchdays or tournaments.
Remaining fees must be submitted before the scheduled event date.
Incomplete payment may result in postponement, loss of scheduling priority, or cancellation of the match.
Schools or club presidents must ensure that all payments are made through approved school channels or DHCF-approved methods
Because DHCF works with minors, school staff, and multiple campuses, cancellations impact logistics across the league.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the match may incur a partial fee due to confirmed umpire, field, and equipment arrangements.
DHCF may cancel or reschedule matches due to weather, school directives, safety concerns, or conflicts involving minors.
Severe weather or emergencies fall under Force Majeure, allowing for rescheduling rather than refunds.
To accommodate school schedules and student availability:
Schools must request matchdays at least 1–2 weeks in advance.
Final rosters (with student names and grade levels) must be submitted 3 days before the match to ensure eligibility verification.
Any changes to timing, location, transportation, or player availability must be communicated immediately.
Schools must provide a staff sponsor or adult supervisor at every match—no exceptions.
DHCF enforces strict communication policies for the protection of minors.
Schools must:
Use official emails to contact the DHCF admin—no private DMs between students and organizers.
Respond to updates or schedule confirmations within 24–48 hours.
Inform parents and guardians about match timing, locations, and transportation details.
Report any safety concerns, injuries, misconduct, or violations immediately.
DHCF will:
Communicate respectfully, professionally, and transparently with staff sponsors and team representatives.
Provide early notice for scheduling changes or weather alerts.
Because students are minors, DHCF follows strict media and privacy guidelines.
DHCF may take photos or videos of matches for league promotion, but no individual student will be highlighted without parent/guardian and student approval
DHCF will not tag, name, or personally identify any student without parent/guardian and student approval
DHCF will not share or repost any content submitted by students unless it comes from an Official Team Based Account
Any concerns regarding student privacy will be addressed immediately and respectfully.
Because DHCF involves minors, the federation maintains strict boundaries and responsibilities.
Cricket is a contact sport and involves inherent risks. DHCF is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur during gameplay, warm-ups, or school-approved activities.
All players participate at their own risk, and schools are responsible for managing medical information, emergency contacts, and injury protocols.
DHCF is not responsible for:
Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
Unexpected field conditions
Equipment failure not caused by DHCF negligence
Injuries from normal cricket play (ball impact, running collisions, slips, etc.)
Player or spectator actions outside DHCF control
DHCF staff and volunteers must follow strict boundaries:
No unsupervised interactions with minors
No transportation of students
No direct communication with minors outside official channels
No collection of personal student information without parent/guardian approval
Because DHCF operates across multiple schools, students must:
Show respect to opponents, umpires, and volunteers
Avoid profanity, harassment, or unsafe conduct
Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately
Play honestly and uphold DHCF’s sportsmanship standards
By participating in DHCF, schools agree to:
Follow all payment, scheduling, and cancellation policies
Ensure student safety, medical clearance, and transportation
Respect media and privacy guidelines
Maintain professional communication
Cooperate fully with DHCF rules, scheduling requirements, and safety policies
