Payment must be completed according to the agreed-upon invoice schedule.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
Remaining balances must be paid no later than 5 days before the event date, unless otherwise stated.
Field reservations, umpires, scoring, and equipment setup will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
Late payments may result in delays, limited service availability, or cancellation of the booking.
Cancellations made by the client will not receive a refund of the deposit under any circumstances.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date require payment of 50% of the remaining balance, as operational resources and field reservations will already be committed.
If ICF cancels due to internal reasons, any payments made will be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled date.
Weather-related interruptions or emergencies fall under Force Majeure and may allow for rescheduling, but not automatic refunds.
To ensure smooth coordination and professional event execution, clients must follow booking guidelines:
Events should be booked maximum 2 weeks in advance to guarantee field availability and staffing.
Last-minute bookings may result in limited venue options or increased service fees.
All event details (team lists, match format, equipment needs, timing, rules) must be finalized no later than 5 days before the event.
Any changes made after this deadline are subject to approval and may not be accommodated.
Clear communication is essential for safe and organized events.
